A 36-48 hour fast is the fast you want to do if you want to tap into fat storage. The body will dive deeper in to the fat cells to get the energy it needs.

Achieving a 36-48 hour Fast

In order to do this fast, you have to build up to it. You can’t just jump into it cold feet because you probably won’t be able to sustain without eating for so long. Fasting is like a muscle it needs to be built.

To fast for this long, I recommend starting with Intermittent Fasting on a consistent basis. Intermittent Fasting is fasting anywhere from 13-15 hours. Once you are fasting on a consistent basis, then you can start increasing to the next available fasts (16,17, 24).

I did a 48 hour fast and my body was completely healed from abnormal cells that could have at one point turned into cancer.

Never underestimate the healing power of fasting, your body own healing process. Your body is a miracle and can heal itself if we refrain from food from time to time.

Our body was designed to fast/feast/fast/feast. It wasn’t designed to eat 6 meals a day with the Standard American Diet regimen. The reason why today we have many chronic illness, Diabetes and obesity issue. The body can’t keep up, especially if we are not nourishing our body.
